About
A senior specialist brought in to solve difficult production problems
Extensive experience diagnosing complex electrical and automation issues across manufacturing environments — and a track record of finding the failures other technicians struggle to isolate.
My work sits at the intersection of electrical troubleshooting and industrial automation: control panels, PLC logic, drives, servos, safety circuits, and the high-speed equipment that ties them together. When a fault has resisted several attempts and the line is still going down, that's the call I take.
I work inside existing maintenance departments rather than around them. That means respecting the team's knowledge of the equipment, using their documentation and improving it, and leaving behind a written account of what failed, why, and what should change to keep it from repeating.
I'm also known for teaching. A meaningful part of most engagements is coaching junior and mid-level technicians through real faults — how to read the drawings, narrow the problem, and use the controller as a diagnostic tool. Plants that bring me in for a vacancy often end up with a stronger team than they had before the position opened.
Based in Georgia and available throughout the Southeast for contract assignments, with willingness to travel farther when a project makes financial sense.
